Funding
LANPAC provides funding for a variety of crime prevention and community safety projects across Lancashire, submitted by Lancashire Constabulary employees on behalf of the community.
Application Terms and Conditions:
Applications:
- Only Lancashire Constabulary employees can directly apply.
- Projects must contribute to Lancashire Constabulary objectives to keep the people of Lancashire safe, and the priorities set out in the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Crime Plan.
- While not mandatory, securing external or additional funding is encouraged and viewed favourably.
- Applicants may request funding up to £2,500. For projects requiring additional support, larger amounts may be considered.
- Proposals should include plans for sustainability beyond the funding period.
- Purchases of tangible items should preferably be made from LANPAC members. Details about members can be found on this website under ‘membership’.
- Applicants should utilise publicity, media, and photography opportunities to promote LANPAC effectively.
- A detailed evaluation report and financial breakdown must be submitted at the conclusion of the project.
Applications should NOT be submitted:
- For Police operational equipment.
- For security at educational establishments or commercial premises.
- To meet salary costs.
- Road safety projects will not be considered as a priority.
