Growing Morals was a youth diversion programme aimed at addressing anti-social behaviour among young individuals. The initiative provides transportation for youths involved in anti-social behaviour to participate in the ‘Hub Garden’ programme, situated on a farm in Burnley.
Through the programme, participants engaged in activities such as tidying and restoring the farm, planting, growing fruits and vegetables, and learning essential life skills. The programme served as a diversionary scheme to deter youths from further involvement in crime and disorder by offering them constructive and meaningful activities.
